A first quantity of 40,000 ton of clinker was exported to Bangladesh by Quang Son Cement Plant. This is a good signal for the cement company in the circummstance that Vietnam’s growth is affected by Euro Zone crisis, sluggish US recovery process, stagnant local property market, which is ecpected still to be continuing this year.
Despite the export price is lower than in sales in the country and more export procedures, joining the cement export is a good step for the company. For the time being, the company has received several inquiries of which, 60,000 ton of clinker will be exported within May, 2013, Mr Le Van Ky, Director said.
